Hours of Fulfillment
Processing takes place Monday through Friday 8am until 7pm Central Standard Time. Orders are not processed on Friday after 7pm Central Standard Time, Saturdays, Sundays nor major U.S holidays.
Once the order is fulfilled, an order confirmation email with your order information (and another within 24-48 business hours containing the tracking number) is sent to the customer's email.
Domestic Shipping
We offer direct shipping within the Continental U.S. and also through dropshipping from various manufacturers/suppliers, this is all based on the fragrance/product and inventory at time of purchase.
Standard USPS shipping usually takes 4 - 7 business days in transit, pending on the destination. (shipping time subject to change during major U.S holidays and also throughout the pandemic).
Standard DHL shipping usually takes 3 - 8 business days in transit, pending on the destination. (shipping time subject to change during major U.S. holidays and also throughout the pandemic). Please keep in mind DHL is used by some of our suppliers if we do not have inventory of any certain product and dropshipped to you.
Please make sure to track your item using the tracking number provided to you - as we are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen please contact USPS or the shipping carrier chosen for further assistance and provide your tracking information.
USPS First Class Mail generally takes between 7 - 25 business days to arrive depending on how fast customs (if supplier is in Europe) or domestic centers clears the package. Customs is typically the longest part of international shipments if one of our suppliers is overseas and our suppliers do their best to declare your package at a low value to clear customs effortlessly.
USPS Priority Mail International generally takes between 6 - 15 business days to arrive depending on how fast customs clears the package if the fragrance chosen is from a supplier in Europe. Customs is typically the longest part of international shipments and our suppliers do their best to declare your package at a low value to clear customs effortlessly.
DHL International generally takes between 3-10 business days to arrive depending on how fast customs clears the package if the fragrance chosen is from a supplier in Europe. Customs is typically the longest part of international shipments and our suppliers do their best to declare your package at a low value to clear customs effortlessly.
