We are proud to offer a 21 Day Satisfaction Guarantee and will accept any regular priced, original and unopened product, except for testers/samples, ordered from the www.thescentqueens.com website within 21 Days of original purchase date for STORE CREDIT and/or exchange on orders placed in the continental United States to replace with another fragrance from our collection, this is simply because all products listed on our website are at an extremely affordable price as is, especially for any product that is listed in the online description as "inspired by" or "compared to" and is agreed by both parties that you (customer) understand and expect what the fragrance scent will be.
The Scent Queens do not issue STORE CREDIT for original shipping costs.
ALL SALE ITEMS (ITEMS PURCHASED USING A PROMOTION OR DISCOUNT CODE) ARE FINAL SALE.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S).
THE SCENT QUEENS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY RETURN PACKAGES THAT MAY BECOME LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN IN-TRANSIT. PLEASE KEEP YOUR PROOF OF POSTAGE AND/OR RETURN TRACKING NUMBER WHEN SHIPPING BACK YOUR RETURNS.

IMPORTANT:
Returns MUST be shipped within 21 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund and we will NOT accept any returns later than 21 days of purchase even if the product has not been used.
In summary:
If you do not follow the return policy and you send us a candle that is not in its original condition or it is past the 30 day return window, then your return will be denied.
